In March, in order to further improve the practical skills of staff and build technicians or even experts, in late March 2020, Huari Labor Union organized a company-wide staff skills competition.

COD testing and acid titration;

forklift driving and MS operation;

with practical skills and professional knowledge,

every participant was provided a stage to show talent.

In MS skills competition, HR supervise Ms Ding won the first place for two consecutive years with skilled operation, zero error and the fastest speed, 

Forklift racing was particularly exciting. The drivers had to drive forklifts to accurately insert fine nails into nail-cap-sized nuts and pinholes, which was a great challenge for them.

At the end of the competition, the winners were awarded certificates. This competition set up a good atmosphere of a pursuing operation progress and work excellence and forming a virtuous circle of training and development mechanism.

We look forward to the emergence of more craftsmen, technicians and experts to inject vitality into the development of Huari.
