In early March, the Changzhou Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government solemnly convened the city's "major projects to strengthen the key year" mobilization conference to commend enterprises, units and individuals who made outstanding contributions in 2019, and deploy major projects in 2020 to strengthen the work of attacking key points.
